  • Are the Bags really genuine / authentic?
    Yes! This is what we stand for with our Name. All our Bags are bought from licensed retailers, of course all with Authenticity Certificate.

  • What if I would like to keep the Bag longer as originally thought and agreed on?
    Pls send us a note to infoatrunawaybag.com or call. We check, if we can agree on a longer rental period or if another customer already waits for the Bag.

  • May I pay without a Credit Card?
    Payment via Bank Transfer is exceptionally doable (Prepayment). Security Deposit is necessary and depends on the Bag you would like to rent. Pls contact us.

  • What if I do not send back the rent Bag in time and do not inform RunAwayBag.com?
    That is not nice at all! And: In this case it turns nasty. Because we charge your Credit Card the origin price of the Bag - this is content of our General Terms and Conditions and you agree on them emphatically. We also reserve the right to charge a loss fee in the amount of 50,00 EUR.

    We hope this does not happen and you treat us as fair as we treat you!

  • What about the Insurance, is my Bag insured?
    As a matter of principle we imply you handly the rent Bag as careful as it is your property. If anything happens by mistake we surely find a solution.

    Out of our turnover we build accruals, so that we take over the costs in case of mendings are needful.

    This all means for you: Yes, the Bag is insured.
    Warning: This does not obtain theft or Interference by third parties. Here we have to make individual decisions and eventually revert to the insurance of the Person, having caused the Damage.

  • What about the Rental Periods?
    Start of the Rental Period counts from the Day you receive the Bag. Example: Rental Period 1 Month is calculated as follows: You receive the Bag on 15th of August, you return it on 15th of September.

  • Do you also sell Bags?
    Yes, we sell selected Bags through an Auction - you decide how much you would like to spend, and if you are lucky you get awarded! For further informations go to Auctions

  • How do I find out about the origin price of the Bags?
    The original price you experience from the Manufacturer / Designers and might be listed on their Websites. Please understand we do not give any disclosure about the particular original prices of the Bags.

  • What if a rent Bag was stolen?
    Please clarify with your Liability / Householders' Insurance if thievery is covered. We unfortunately have to insist on Compensation on Damages, and by any means in Case of thievery you need to report an Offence to the Police.

  • Can I offer you my bags for Sale?
    Please prescind from Offers. We never buy Bags from private persons or used. We exclusively buy our Bags from licensed Retailers - we ask for your understanding, however this is the only way to ensure we do not deal with unauthentic Bags.

  • Do you only ship within Germany?
    We ship in Germany and all over Europe. Shipping Costs.

  • How can I send back my borrowed Bag?
    Whenever you borrow a Bag you also receive a Return-Label. This Label you only have to stick on the Return-Box and either
    - deliver the box yourself at a DHL station, or
    - let get the box picked up at your house
    Attention: This is only valid within Germany!
    For Shipping outside Germany other regulations apply.

  • You sent to my home, however I would like to send back the Bag from another place. Is that ok?
    That is no problem at all, as long as we receive the Bag in time.

  • What about the Shipping Time - what do I have to calculate to get a Bag in time?
    Please understand that we cannot give you any reliable numbers as we cannot influence our provider DHL. The delivery varies between 1 and 4 (unfortunately this happened already) workdays. So kindly make sure you plan in advance and be more broadminded when needing a Bag for a special Event or date.
    Another alternative would be to order per Express - this allows you to order until 1 p.m. and the bag will be right with you the next working day - this is guaranteed.

  • What are your payment methods?
    You may pay over Creditcard or Sofortüberweisung (for this you need a German Bank Account with you PIN Access and TAN Numbers).

  • Is it possible to reserve a Bag?
    Yes, of course we reserve your desired bag for you - just drop us a short Mail. However, please keep in mind that our Lounge-Members are served first.
